We will help to alleviate social norms related to inequality through:
- Empowerment of previously disadvantaged employees by giving them opportunities in our core disciplines
- Facilitate the creation of opportunities for University, Training Centre, and College students to have experiential training
- Incubate SMEs to go beyond the survival stage and access economic growth
